Rick M. Saling
Founder & Senior Board Director, Driving With Jesus
Rick M. Saling is the Founder and Senior Board Director of Driving With Jesus, a faith-based outreach ministry dedicated to serving and encouraging truck drivers across America.
A decorated military veteran and accomplished transportation industry leader, Rick has spent more than three decades in leadership roles supporting the men and women who keep our nation's supply chain moving. Throughout his career, he witnessed firsthand the sacrifices truck drivers make every day — long hours on the road, time away from family, and the physical and emotional challenges that often accompany life behind the wheel.
Driven by his Christian faith and a deep respect for the trucking community, Rick felt called to create Driving With Jesus as a ministry focused on bringing hope, encouragement, practical support, and the love of Christ to professional drivers. What began as a vision to care for drivers has grown into a mission dedicated to serving those who are often overlooked despite their critical role in our economy.
Under Rick's leadership, Driving With Jesus partners with churches, transportation companies, businesses, and volunteers to distribute care packages, provide prayer support, and share messages of faith and encouragement with drivers across the country. His passion is simple: to ensure that every truck driver knows they are valued, appreciated, and never alone on the road.
Rick believes that ministry happens wherever people are hurting, searching, or in need of hope. Through Driving With Jesus, he is committed to building a nationwide movement that serves drivers through faith, compassion, and acts of kindness while honoring the essential work they perform every day.
His life's mission is to combine servant leadership, faith, and industry experience to make a lasting difference in the lives of truck drivers and their families.

Shane Armstrong
Board Director, Driving With Jesus
President, Master Provisions
Shane was unanimously approved by the Board to serve as Master Provisions' second President, effective January 1, 2023.
Prior to joining Master Provisions, Shane worked with Christian Financial Resources (CFR). In his role as Regional VP, he served churches and investors in KY and WV. Before joining CFR, Shane served in full-time ministry at Lakeside Christian Church for 21 years in a variety of roles, including Executive Pastor.
An Ohio native, he is a graduate of Cincinnati Christian University and an avid Ohio State Buckeyes fan. Shane continues to serve in ministry at Lakeside Christian Church where he attends with his wife, Kendra, and their two daughters, Layne and Macy. He also serves on the Executive Committee of the Safety Net Alliance of Northern Kentucky.
